Report scam calls and texts to Scamwatch (scamwatch.gov.au). If you lost money or shared card or bank details, contact your bank straight away. Online fraud and identity theft can be reported through ReportCyber (cyber.gov.au), and IDCARE (1800 595 160) offers free help if your personal details were misused. If a caller says they are from your bank, hang up and call the bank on the number on the back of your card.
