The site is operated by a private individual running cislo.info (contact: kontakt@cislo.info).

What we process: (1) the text of submitted reports and the name, if you give one; (2) a hash of the IP address of the person submitting a report — kept for at most one month, solely to prevent abuse; (3) technical data needed for the site to work (session).

Phone numbers shown on the site come from public numbering allocations, official warning lists and user reports. The legal basis is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR): warning people about phone abuse.

Your rights: you can ask for a number or a report to be removed (the “Remove a number” form), request access, rectification, or object to processing. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
